30-Day Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 30-day return and exchange period. You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
Be unused and in the same condition as received
Be in its original, unopened packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags included
Include valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt
For reasons related to hygiene, quality control, and product integrity, items with opened, unsealed, or damaged packaging are not eligible for return or refund unless the item is defective, damaged during transit, or the wrong item was sent.
Returns based on personal reasons such as change of mind, dislike after opening, or incorrect expectations are not accepted.
We reserve the right to decline any return request that does not meet the above conditions.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped by us:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returned parcels lost in transit.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available only for eligible items that are unused and remain in their original unopened packaging.
If you would like to request an exchange, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for all exchange-related shipping costs, including:

reshipping costs for replacement items
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is not the item you ordered, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include clear photo evidence of both the product and packaging.
After review, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include replacement, exchange, or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

Used products
Personalized or custom-made items
Clearance or final sale items
Gift cards
Perishable goods
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Delivery Confirmation & Order Completion
Orders are considered fully delivered and completed once the shipping carrier marks the package as “Delivered”.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost, stolen, or misplaced.
Acceptance of Goods
By receiving and opening the package, the customer confirms acceptance of the product in its delivered condition.
Minor variations in color, packaging, printing, molding marks, or assembly experience are normal and do not constitute defects.
Dispute & Chargeback Handling
In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, we reserve the right to submit all relevant evidence to the payment provider, including but not limited to:
order confirmation
shipping and tracking information
delivery confirmation
customer communication records
store policies displayed at checkout
All disputes will be handled strictly in accordance with the policies stated on our website and the terms of the payment provider.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders delivered within the European Union, customers may have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Where this right applies, items must be returned unused, in original condition, and in original packaging, together with proof of purchase.
Certain products may be exempt from this right, especially where items have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to hygiene or safety reasons.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
