These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the DAHONPA website, products, and services. By accessing our website, browsing our products, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies published on our website.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please stop using our Services immediately.
SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY, ACCESS & ACCOUNT
By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country or region of residence.
If a minor uses our Services under your supervision, you are fully responsible for their actions.
When creating an account or placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your name, email address, billing address, shipping address, and payment information.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information, suspected fraud, abusive behavior, or violations of these Terms.

However, actual product appearance may vary due to screen settings, device differences, lighting conditions, photography, and production batches. These variations are normal and do not indicate defects.
As our products are building block sets, minor differences in color, printing, molding marks, packaging, size, or assembly tolerance are considered normal manufacturing variations.
Packaging may be updated from time to time without notice. Such changes do not affect product function or authenticity.
Some products require self-assembly. Difficulty level and assembly time vary depending on the model and user experience. These factors are not considered product defects.
Our products are intended for hobby, educational, decorative, or collectible use only, unless otherwise stated.
We may update, discontinue, limit quantities, adjust pricing, or refuse orders at our discretion.
Many products contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years old due to choking hazards. Adult supervision is recommended where appropriate.
If parts are missing, customers should contact us within 30 days of delivery. We may provide replacement parts where possible. Minor missing pieces do not qualify for full refunds.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
An order placed on our website is considered an offer to purchase.
We do not accept an order until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order, including cases involving suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, stock limitations, duplicate orders, resale activity, or misuse of promotions.
If an order is cancelled after payment, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Customers are responsible for reviewing order details before completing checkout. Once an order enters processing or shipment, cancellation may not be possible.
SECTION 4 – PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are subject to change without notice.
The final price is the price shown at checkout when the order is placed.
Prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local charges unless stated otherwise. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
By placing an order, you confirm that your payment information is valid, authorized for use, and has sufficient funds available.
We may cancel any order involving suspicious or unauthorized payment activity.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping times shown on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to customs inspections, weather conditions, public holidays, logistics disruptions, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.
Once the order has been handed to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once tracking shows successful delivery, especially in cases caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Customers must ensure all shipping details are correct before placing an order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, product designs, graphics, videos, icons, and software, belongs to DAHONPA or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

DAHONPA operates using Shopify’s platform, but all sales are made directly between you and DAHONPA.
Shopify is not responsible for product quality, shipping, refunds, disputes, or customer service related to purchases made in our store.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from any liability arising from your transactions with DAHONPA.
SECTION 10 – PRIVACY
We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We are not responsible for delays or failure caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, war, government actions, pandemics, or logistics disruptions.
